At Movie Posters USA we are trying to offer a large variety of products around the movie, music and entertainment industry. Some of these products include posters, photos, and art prints.
If you already know what you looking for you can simply enter the word or words in the search field on the left and then hit the enter key on your keyboard or click on the search button. E.g. if you enter Harry Potter into the search field and click search you will get 2 pages with every product that is associated to Harry Potter. The newest product always being displayed at the end.
Departments / Browsing:
As we are constantly trying to make shopping at Movie Posters USA as easy as possible, we have created several departments and sub-departments. You will find our department selection on the left navigation bar. If, at any time, you want to go to a certain department simply click on it. If there are sub-departments to this department, they will be displayed on the right. E.g. you choose the department 'posters'. On the right you will see all the sub-departments of the poster department like movies, music, arts, TV........ Click on the department you would like to browse and all product that is associated with this department will be displayed. Note: some products fall into different categories and if they do, we will display them for you in either category. E.g. a poster to 'The Simpsons' will be displayed in the TV and the animation sub-department of posters as well as in the department 'The Simpsons'.
Are you looking for our our newest products? Simply click on our newest arrivals department. We will display all our latest additions regardless of which category they fall under in this department. E.g. our latest posters will be displayed right here.
Don't know what you're looking for? How about picking up some of the ideas of other visitors. In our Best Sellers section we will display the product that was purchased the most in past weeks by other customers.
Next to the thumbnail (small preview image) of each product we will give you a short description of the product and next to it we will display the price and the item number. If you click on the thumbnail you will see a larger version of the image and a more detailed description of the product. If an image is not enough description or does not resemble certain special features of a product we will always try to describe these special features in more detail.
Images and their accuracy
We are always trying to supply you with high resolution images to our products so you will see the product in as much detail as possible. As to their accuracy, we either take the images in-house or we receive them from our suppliers. We are always trying to make sure that the image we are displaying accurately represents the product itself. Sometimes (due to a change of supplier for instance) a product might look slightly different than the image on our website (E.g. the poster has a white border whereas it is pictured on the site without a border). We are always busy trying to keep the images exactly to represent the products but every now and then one image might slip through. If you feel that the product you received wasn't pictured accurately or for any other reason you are not happy with our product and would like to return it, please refer to our returns section.
We can not give you the right to use any of the images on our website as we don't own copyrights on them and we may only use these images to sell the product they are representing.
We will always try to display the size of our products as accurately as possible. Since we are often depending on the information given to us by our suppliers, the sizes of certain posters may vary by as little as 1/2 inches to up to 2 1/2 inches.
We are always trying to offer all our product to you at affordable prices. From time to time we would have to adjust the prices of our product depending on what we pay for the product from our supplier. That does not necessarily mean that we will raise the price. This could also mean, if we find a cheaper supplier that can supply the same quality, we will pass the price on to you and might even lower the price of certain products. If you feel we charged you the wrong price than what a product was advertised for on our website, please contact our customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will try to solve this problem.
If you have decided that you would like to purchase a certain product you will need to go to the detail view page. There you will find a field with a pre-set quantity of 1. If you would like to purchase the quantity of 1, click on the 'add to cart' button. If you would like to purchase more of this product simply adjust the number to how many you want. You can always change the quantity later if you decided you want even more, or less, of this product.
After clicking the 'add to cart' button, you will be taken to your shopping cart where you can see the details of your purchase. If you want to adjust the quantities of the product in you cart, you can do it right there. If you are finished shopping and would like to finalize your purchase, click on the button 'Checkout'.
If you want to continue shopping, you can click on the continue shopping button. This option will take you back to the last product you added to your cart. You can also directly go to one of the departments on the left instead or directly use the search option to find your next item. The items in your basket are saved and will stay there until you either remove them or checkout.
Please Note: On the top right of our website you can see current subtotal and the products currently in your cart. If you use your browsers back button, the displayed quantity and subtotal might not reflect the actual values and quantity. If you are uncertain whether the current subtotal is correct or which products you have currently selected to purchase, you can always check your basket via the 'shopping cart' button on the top of our website.
If you are not logged in to our site, once you leave our website your basket will be emptied. If you are however logged in and decide to leave our site, the items in your cart will be stored until you return and log in again.
Order Processing & Shipment
Depending on the product and availability of the items you order, the order processing time may vary. If you order multiple items, we will ship all of the items together in one package/shipment. If an item of your order is out of stock we will hold your order until that item becomes available and ship everything as one shipment. The processing times of each item are stated directly above the item image on the detail view page. We try to process all orders as soon as possible but in some cases processing may take between 10-14 days (depending on sales volume).
Please also keep in mind that processing times and delivery times are NOT the same. Shipping times vary upon your location and we have no influence over the postal service and how quickly they deliver product.
Shipping times are always in addition to processing times.
***Please be aware that we do not process or ship orders on weekends. Orders placed after noon central time on Fridays (Express orders until 2pm central) will not be shipped until Monday.***
Orders charging over $100 on a credit card will not be processed if the billing address does not match the shipping address. To complete payment for the order, please call us at (816) 987-5523 with your credit card information and the CVV code.

Return / Exchange Policy
At Movie Posters USA, we are committed to quality products and services your satisfaction is our Nr. 1 priority.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can take advantage of our 30-day Return Policy and 100% Satisfaction Guarantee.
With prior authorization and within 30 days of delivery of a shipment, you may return any item you purchased from www.moviepostersusa.com for any reason, for a replacement or a refund (if the return is the result of a mistake by Movie Posters USA, we will also refund the return shipping cost and carry the subsequent shipping fees). Please be aware that a 20% restocking fee of the product's cost will be charged for returns or exchanges.
- All exchanges or refunds must be pre-arranged and include the return authorization number issued by Movie Posters USA.
- Authorization numbers must be clearly marked on the outside of the tube or box. Any tube or box not clearly marked will not be accepted.
- The customer agrees that a 20% restocking fee will be charged for returns and exchanges of the originally ordered items.
- The customer is responsible for all shipping fees on returns or exchanges. Including the shipping from the customer to Movie Posters USA and in case of an exchange, for the new shipping fees from Movie Posters USA to the customer.
- If contact with Movie Posters USA about a return or exchange has not been established within the 30 days of receipt of the order, no returns or exchanges will be accepted.
- No shipping fees will be refunded. Not the original shipping fees to the customer nor any subsequent shipping fees that will occur due to a return.
- A refund of a returned order (minus the 20% restocking fee and initial shipping charge) will be made in the same way that payment was received. If you paid for your order via paypal we will refund the amount to that account only. If a money order was used to pay for the item we will send a company check for the refund amount to the sender of the original payment. If a credit card was used for payment, refunds will only be made to the same card.
- Any exchange items will be sent to the original address only.
Items that come individually packaged may only be returned in their unopened original packaging. Once the packaging has been opened and the merchandise removed out of its packaging, we will not be able to accept returns of such items.
Please make sure to read our Return Policy first. Prior to returning any item to Movie Posters USA, you must e-mail with the following details to order for us to authorize a return with a return authorization number:
- Order #, First & Last Name
- Item #(s) you want to return
- Specify reason for return: damaged, received incorrect item or size, received duplicate item...
- Specify what action you'd like us to take for you: Replacement, Refund or a Credit Note?
- Our Customer Service team will contact you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to proceed.
Return To Sender:
If an order is sent back to us by the post office for any reason, i.e. incorrect address, unclaimed, customer has moved..... it is the customer's responsibility to provide the shipping cost of resending the item. If a customer decides he/she does no longer want the item(s), only the item (minus a 20% restocking fee) will be refunded. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
If an order is returned to us, you will be contacted by phone and e-mail. However, please be aware that it is then your responsibility to contact us for payment options and the resolution of the situation.
Return to sender orders will be held for 15 days. If no contact has been made by the customer within those 15 days items will be restocked.
Refusal of Service:
We reserve the right, with or without prior notice, to refuse service to anyone at our sole discretion.
